1. 评估第三代溶栓药物rhTNK-tPA溶栓治疗的疗效及安全性; 2. 评估rhTNK-tPA对卒中再灌注治疗相关时间指标的影响;  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of thrombolytic therapy with the third generation thrombolytic drug rhTNK-tPA; 2. To evaluate the effects of rhTNK-tPA on stroke reperfusion therapy related time indexes;

替奈普酶(rhTNK-tPA)

Tenecteplase (rhTNK-tPA) 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 使用其它溶栓药物者(阿替普酶、尿激酶等)； 2) 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 3) 无法遵从研究方案或随访要求； 4) 研究者认为不适宜参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Use of other thrombolytic drugs (alteplase, urokinase, etc.); 2) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3) Unable to comply with the study protocol or follow-up requirements; 4) The investigator deems it inappropriate to participate in this study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究数据来源主要来自于就诊于本中心的急性缺血性卒中患者，将使用电子数据采集系统（EDC）收集收据，数据库由密码保护，访问较为安全，并由本中心数据管理人员进行管理。经过培训的专职研究协调员协助研究者录入数据，EDC数据收集系统具有随访时间提醒功能，提醒专职随访人员按时进行随访，随访人员将采取盲态评测，90天随访要求面对面或视频随访，所有信息经研究者审核确认后签字上传，如存在完整性和逻辑性错误，系统会出现提示需要更正后保存上传。本研究收集的所有身份标识信息都将被隐去，始终遵循私人、保密和安全原则。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data for the study will be mainly from patients with acute ischemic stroke who visit our center, and receipts will be collected using an electronic data collection system (EDC), and the database will be password protected, more secure access, and managed by our data management staff. The trained full-time research coordinator assists the researcher in entering the data, and the EDC data collection system has a follow-up time reminder function, reminding the full-time follow-up staff to follow up on time, and the follow-up personnel will take a blind evaluation, and the 90-day follow-up requires face-to-face or video follow-up, and all information is signed and uploaded after being reviewed and confirmed by the researcher. All identifying information collected in this study will be redacted and will be kept private, confidential, and secure at all times.
