研究目的：

因NMOSD多发于青壮年且复发率、致残率高。疾病对患者生活造成不良影响，对社会造成损失。因早期治疗可改善预后，所以早期诊断对提高患者生活质量、降低致残率有重大意义。在中国视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病诊断及治疗指南（2015）中将NMOSD分为AQP4-IgG阳性及AQP4-IgG阴性两组进行诊断。在临床工作中，AQP4抗体阴性的NMOSD不易诊断。本研究旨在发现高度指向NMOSD的临床表现、影像学、血清学等特点。根据2016.7-2017.6期间首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院神经内科收治的明确诊断为NMOSD的病例，将有阳性提示意义的特点进行统计学分析。根据权重赋予分值，制作NMOSD诊断、预后评分。提示临床在其他证据不足的情况下给予不同强度的治疗。将此评分应用于临床，验证评分效用。  

Objectives of Study：

NMOSD sends in the young and has high disability ratewhich has a bad effect on the life of the patient and causes loss to the society. Early treatment can improve the prognosis, thus early diagnosis is of great significance to improve the quality of life and reduce the rate of disability. In the guide of diagnosis and treatment of NMOSD in China (2015), NMOSD was divided into two groups, which were AQP4-IgG positive and AQP4-IgG negative. In clinical work, AQP4 - negative NMOSD is difficult to diagnose. The purpose of this study was to find out the clinical features, imaging and serology of NMOSD. According to the definite diagnosis of NMOSD in Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University during the period of 2016.7-2017.6, there will be statistical analysis of the characteristics of positive significance. The NMOSD diagnosis and prognosis score were made according to the weight assigned to the score. It is suggested that the clinical treatment of different intensity is given in the absence of other evidence. The score was applied to clinical practice, and the patients who were diagnosed with NMOSD in the Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University during the period of 2018.1-2022.1 were collected, and the scoring effectiveness was verified according to their prognosis and recurrence.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 其他眼科疾病：视网膜病变、青光眼、眼节前病变、葡萄膜病变、玻璃体病变等。
2) 其他视神经疾病：压迫性及浸润性、感染性、外伤性、中毒及营养代谢性、遗传性等。
3) 其他引起视力下降的颅内病变。

Exclusion criteria：

1. other ophthalmologic diseases: retinopathy, glaucoma, preganglionic lesions, vineal lesions, vitreous lesions, and so on;
2. other optic neuropathy: oppressive, invasive, infectious, traumatic, toxic and nutritive, hereditary, etc.;
3. other intracranial lesions that cause loss of vision.
