研究目的：

调研可回收型下腔静脉滤器的血栓拦截率，逆向分析拦截人群中PE危险因素，从而指导临床科学规范使用RIVCF。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the thrombus intercepted rate of Retrievable Inferior Vena Cava Filter (RIVCF),retrogradely analyze pulmonary embolism (PE) hazards in thrombus intercepted cohort,to make clinical guideline for scientific and normative usage of RIVCF.

小于18周岁；无法接受滤器治疗或无法复查评估下腔静脉滤器状况的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	采用电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)：数据采集：由实验参与者（每个医院负责人）按实验流程完成一般信息及造影检查数据采集，数据完整后，按每个参试者为一个数据文件上传至DrData88医生数据库网站平台。源数据及其文件的管理：项目负责人及项目秘书通过DrData88医生数据库网站平台收集上传源数据，接受监察委员会的监督，听取监察委员会的建议，确认数据有效性完整性，联系实验参与者完善修正数据，确认无误后由项目负责人录入并备份。采集和录入（记录）人员：陆清声、马天宇核对制度：在监察委员会的监督下，项目负责人与项目秘书独立审核数据，完成后统一核对。通过数据权限等级限制数据提取查阅范围，保护患者隐私及实验的知识产权和保密性。项目负责人：陆清声，一级权限，可调取查阅全部数据内容，但仅可以修改自己中心提供的数据内容，无权修改其他中心的数据内容。项目申报人：张童，一级权限，可调取查阅全部数据内容，但仅可以修改自己中心提供的数据内容，无权修改其他中心的数据内容。项目秘书：马天宇，一级权限，可调取查阅全部数据内容，但仅可以修改自己中心提供的数据内容，无权修改其他中心的数据内容。监察委员会：刘暴、董智慧、戴向晨、纪东华。一级权限，可调取查阅全部数据内容，但仅可以修改自己中心提供的数据内容，无权修改其他中心的数据内容。项目参与者：二级权限，仅可调取查阅并修改本中心数据内容，但无权调取查阅修改其他中心的数据内容。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Data collection and Management：Electronic Data Capture, EDC Data collection: according to the experimental process，the participants (each hospital director) complete the data collection of general information and imaging examination, when integrated data is complete, data on each of the patients will be uploaded to DrData88 doctor database website platform as a data file unit. Source data and file management:Project Director and Project Secretary will collect all the source data uploaded through DrData88 doctor database website platform, accept the supervision of the Supervisory Committee, listen to the advice of Supervisory Committee, confirm the validity and integrity of data, contact with participants to revise data, after all above, record data and backup it. Collect and record personnel: Qingsheng Lu, Tianyu Ma. Check System: under the supervision of the Supervisory Committee, Project Director and the Project Secretary independently examine the data,then check the data all together. Data access is restricted by data authority level to protect the privacy of patients and the confidentiality of experiment. Project Director: Qingsheng Lu, the first level authority, who can access all data contents, but only modify the content of data provided by his own center, and has no right to modify the data from other centers.
