研究目的：

本课题拟收集北京大学第一医院宁夏妇女儿童医院新生儿科住院诊治的轻度HIE临床诊治及预后随访数据，通过分析确定轻度HIE新生儿的基线数据、诊治过程及随访结果数据，预期得到通过前瞻队列研究证实新生儿轻度HIE应用亚低温治疗可以改善神经发育结局，且安全性良好，无严重不良反应发生。

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to collect clinical diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis follow-up data of mild HIE admitted to the neonatology department of Ningxia Women and Children's Hospital, Peking University First Hospital. By analyzing the baseline data, diagnosis and treatment process, and follow-up results of mild HIE newborns, it is expected that a prospective cohort study will confirm that the application of hypothermia therapy for mild HIE in newborns can improve neurological development outcomes, with good safety and no serious adverse reactions.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

符合下列标准之一者除外：①胎龄<35周，出生体重<2000g；②复杂先天性心脏病、复杂神经系统畸形、21-三体及其他染色体异常等严重先天性畸形；③新生儿在出院时存活，但出院后失访患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

Excluding those who meet one of the following criteria: ① gestational age<35 weeks, birth weight<2000g; ② Severe congenital malformations such as complex congenital heart disease, complex neurological abnormalities, trisomy 21, and other chromosomal abnormalities; ③ The newborn survived upon discharge, but was lost to follow-up after discharge.
