研究目的：

本项目旨在探究 miR-663a 在肝细胞癌诊断中的潜在价值，并评估其作为 HCC 临床诊断标志物的准确性和敏感性。通过系统地研究 miR-663a 的表达特征、其与 HCC 病理特征和临床特征的相关性以及与其他相关标志物的关系，我们将为 HCC 的 早期诊断提供新的手段和策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to explore the potential value of miR-663a in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and to evaluate its accuracy and sensitivity as a clinical diagnostic marker for HCC. By systematically studying the expression characteristics of miR-663a, its correlation with the pathological and clinical characteristics of HCC, and its relationship with other related markers, we will provide new means and strategies for the early diagnosis of HCC.

排除标准：

1.术后病理同时合并其他恶性肿瘤。

1.The postoperative pathology was accompanied by other malignant tumors.

Fifty patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were included, including 10 patients with negative AFP and 10 patients without cancer。
