研究目的:

本项目拟在前期研究基础上,建立基于双向性队列的早产儿神经发育障碍性疾病预警模型,旨在预测早产儿发生神经发育障碍性疾病的风险和概率。本研究构建的模型主要用于智力障碍、孤独症、脑性瘫痪等致残性神经发育障碍性疾病的早期筛查,并构建疾病康复评估和风险预警平台,有利于降低残疾儿童的患病率,以及残疾儿童的功能障碍水平,对于提高人口素质意义重大。  

Objectives of Study:

Based on previous research, this project aims to establish a bidirectional queue based early warning model for neurodevelopmental disorders in premature infants, with the aim of predicting the risk and probability of developing neurodevelopmental disorders in premature infants. The model constructed in this study is mainly used for early screening of disabling neurodevelopmental disorders such as intellectual disabilities, autism, and cerebral palsy, and for building a disease rehabilitation assessment and risk warning platform, which is beneficial for reducing the incidence of disability in children and the level of functional impairment in children with disabilities. It is of great significance for improving the quality of the population.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.先天性中枢神经系统结构异常(Dandy-Walker综合征、脑膨出、弥漫性钙化和脑膜脊髓膨出等)、与神经发育障碍相关的先天性基因病、无法完成后续随访者;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Congenital structural abnormalities of the central nervous system (Dandy-Walker syndrome, encephalocele, diffuse calcification, and meningomyelcele, etc.), congenital genetic disorders associated with neurodevelopmental disorders, and those who are unable to complete follow-up visits;
