研究目的：

该研究评估一项基于数字平台的健康干预模式对癌症患者健康自我管理效能感、心理健康、躯体健康等的积极作用，及其在中国癌症患者中的可实施性。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the benefit of a digital health intervention in improving the self-efficacy in health management, psychological health and physical health, as well as the implementation of the program in Chinese cancer patients.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者难以理解研究材料 2.既往或目前确诊严重精神或认知障碍 3.患者正在接受其它非药物干预，或正在服用精神类药物

Exclusion criteria：

1.Difficulty of understanding the study materials. 2.A history of diagnosis of mental or cognitive disorders. 3.The patient is receiving other nonpharmaceutical interventions or is taking medication treating mental health problems.

通过平衡患者年龄的分层随机分组方式，以1：1的比例分配进干预组、对照组。由独立的统计分析专业人员产生随机序列。

Stratified randomization that balance age. Participants will be assigned to either intervention or control group with a 1:1 ratio. The randomization procedure will be conducted by an independent statistician.
