考察精神疾病，包括抑郁症、双相障碍和精神分裂症患者的脑结构和脑功能。

Objectives of Study：

Examine the brain structure and brain function in mental disorders including major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.脑器质性疾病或其它有临床意义的并发躯体疾病
2.头部外伤史，意识丧失超过1小时；或明显智力低下
3.当前（3个月内）有酒精和药物滥用或有既往依赖史
4.脑成像测试还需要排除体内存有金属、幽闭恐惧症等

Exclusion criteria：

1. Physical condition;
2. Brain injury, IQ < 70;
3. History of substance abuse;
4. Mental implants in the body.
