慢性意识障碍。慢性意识障碍是指病程≥28天的意识障碍患者。这与各类脑损伤后意识改变的急性期不同,在症状的分类上有明确的方向,即植物人状态和微意识状态。  

Target disease:

Chronic disturbance of consciousness. Chronic disturbance of consciousness refers to patients with disturbance of consciousness whose course of disease is ≥28 days. This is different from the acute stage of consciousness change after various kinds of brain injury, there is a clear direction in the classification of symptoms, namely vegetative state and microconscious state.

研究目的:

我们将进行一项评估者盲法随机对照试验(全称,RCT),以确定对于慢性意识障碍患者的的tDCS干预是否:(1) 改善意识障碍水平(2)刺激左侧PPC皮层与刺激左侧DLPFC对慢性意识障碍患者的意识恢复水平是否存在差异。(3)刺激左侧PPC与刺激左侧DLPFC对慢性意识障碍患者局部脑功能代谢是否存在差异。  

Objectives of Study:

We will conduct an evaluator blind randomized controlled trial (RCT) to determine whether tDCS intervention in patients with chronic disturbance of consciousness (1) improves the level of disturbance of consciousness and (2) stimulation of the left PPC cortex differs from stimulation of the left DLPFC in the level of recovery of consciousness in patients with chronic disturbance of consciousness. (3) Whether stimulation of left PPC and stimulation of left DLPFC have differences in local brain functional metabolism in patients with chronic consciousness disorders.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.有颅内压增高等颅内病变不稳定者;
2.心、肺等器官有严重疾病的患者;
3.意识障碍发病前有明确的神经发育及精神方面疾病;
4.镇静催眠药物使用史、药物滥用及酗酒史者;
5.影响意识改变的因素(血糖过高过低、电解质紊乱、感染等);
6.电刺激部位有严重损伤者;
7.意识障碍逐渐加重或昏迷加深;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Unstable intracranial lesions such as increased intracranial pressure;
2.Patients with serious diseases of the heart, lungs and other organs;
3.There are definite neurodevelopmental and mental diseases before the onset of the disorder of consciousness;
4.Sedative hypnotic drug use history, drug abuse and alcoholism history;
5.Factors affecting the change of consciousness (hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia, electrolyte disturbance, infection, etc.);
6.There is serious damage to the electrical stimulation site;
7.The disturbance of consciousness gradually increases or the coma deepens;
