研究目的：

（1）开发和实施一种由理论域框架（TDF）指导的基于新媒体运营体系（含手机APP、小程序、公众号、微信、短信、电话、邮箱等媒体工具）的筛查邀请模式，以增加癌症高危人群预防癌症知识，提高他们的筛查意愿，剖析癌症筛查的障碍因素和经济毒性。 （2）评估与传统邀请模式、新媒体邀请模式相比，基于TDF的综合邀请模式在改善癌症高危人群筛查依从性的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Develop and implement a screening invitation model guided by the theoretical domain framework (TDF) based on the new media operation system (including mobile APP, mini program, public account, wechat, SMS, telephone, email and other media tools), so as to increase cancer prevention knowledge among high-risk groups, improve their screening willingness, and analyze the barriers and economic toxicity of cancer screening. (2) To evaluate the effectiveness of the TDF-based comprehensive invitation model in improving screening compliance among high-risk groups of cancer patients, compared with traditional invitation models and new media invitation models.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

受试者符合以下任何一项标准将不得进入本研究： 1. 已确诊癌症；2. 联系方式有误或无法联系；3. 身体患有重大疾病；4. 未签署知情同意书；5. 根据研究者的判断，具有不适合参加本试验的其它情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects who meet any of the following criteria will not be admitted to the study: 1. Cancer has been diagnosed; 2. Incorrect or unreachable contact information; 3. Suffering from a major medical condition; 4. Failure to sign informed consent; 5. There are other conditions that, in the investigator's judgment, are not suitable for participation in the study.

（1）执行现行各种国家癌症筛查项目的高危人群通知邀请的方案和途径。（2）建立包含手机APP、小程序、公众号、微信、短信、电话、邮箱等媒体工具的癌症筛查新媒体管理平台，设计并补充可达性较高的信息传递和邀请路径。（3）通过行为改变理论的理论域框架（Theoretical Domains Framework，TDF）识别“政府、医保、医疗机构、高危人群”等主体在实施癌症筛查过程中的障碍和促进因素，优化邀请路径。（4）根据各主体的障碍和促进因素，建立以政府为主导，“医保、医疗机构、高危人群”主动参与的一体化协同管理、多样化邀请途径的综合邀请模式，对癌症高危人群宣传癌症风险和筛查益处，并通知邀请其参加癌症筛查。

(3) Through the Theoretical Domains Framework (TDF) of behavior change theory, obstacles and promoting factors in the implementation of cancer screening by "government, medical insurance, medical institutions, high-risk groups" and other subjects were identified, and invitation paths were optimized. (4) According to the obstacles and promoting factors of various subjects, establish a comprehensive invitation model with integrated collaborative management and diversified invitation channels led by the government and active participation of "medical insurance, medical institutions and high-risk groups", publicize the cancer risks and benefits of screening for high-risk groups, and notify them to participate in cancer screening.
