研究目的：

比较全身麻醉诱导期间头中立位和头右侧45º面罩通气时EIT监测的局部通气分布。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to compare the regional lung ventilation evaluated by EIT during anesthesia induction between neutral head position and 45º right side rotated head position ventilation during mask ventilation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 既往慢性肺部疾病，肺部手术史； 2) 存在反流误吸风险； 3) 合并颈椎疾病，头部旋转45°困难； 4) 困难气道拟清醒气管插管； 5) 面部或胸廓畸形； 6) 身体存在植入物，如心脏起搏器

Exclusion criteria：

1) Previous history of chronic lung disease and lung surgery; 2) There is a risk of reflux aspiration; 3) Combined cervical spondylosis, difficulty in rotating the head 45 degrees; 4) Difficult airway aspiration with clear tracheal intubation; 5) Facial or thoracic deformities; 6) There are implants in the body, such as pacemakers

采用MinimPy2软件（2.0版，OSDN，美国俄亥俄州哥伦布市）进行随机分组。随机分组是在患者进入手术室后由一名对试验方案一无所知的研究小组成员进行的。

Randomization was conducted with MinimPy2 software (version 2.0, OSDN, Columbus, OH, USA). The randomization was performed after the patient entered the operating room by a study team member who was blinded to the trial protocol.
