研究目的：

本研究拟采用ICF框架对气管切开患者进行全面评定，从而制定相应的治疗措施，探索出最适用于气管切开患者拔管方案的ICF相关条目，并制定出一套适合该患者的拔管流程。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to use the ICF framework to comprehensively assess tracheotomized patients in order to develop appropriate treatment measures, explore the ICF-related entries that are most applicable to the extubation protocol for tracheotomized patients, and develop an extubation procedure that is appropriate for this patient.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴影响康复进程的并发症；2.受试者发生病情变化，生命征不稳；3.患者家属要求退出研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. with complications affecting the recovery process; 2. the subject undergoes a change in condition with unstable vital signs; 3. the patient's family requests to withdraw from the study.

在常规组治疗的基础上根据以上评定结果分析、整合“身体结构与功能”、“活动”与“参与”、“个人及环境因素”等情况，并与患者及其家属充分商讨，在患者执行能力范围内的阶段性及最终康复训练计划。在治疗后根据患者的功能及时调整治疗方案，最终达到拔除气管套管的目的。
