研究目的：

本研究拟通过EEG和fMRI探索偏头痛患者的脑功能网络改变，寻找偏头痛神经生理及神经影像改变的客观依据，加深对偏头痛病理生理学机制的认识。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, EEG and fMRI were used to explore the brain functional network changes in patients with migraine, to find the objective basis for the neurophysiological and neuroimaging changes of migraine, and to deepen the understanding of the pathophysiological mechanism of migraine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄<18岁或>60岁；
2.脑出血、颅内动脉瘤、颅内肿瘤、颅内动静脉畸形、脑梗死等所致继发性头痛及其他类型的原发性头痛；
3.合并心功能不全、肝肾衰竭、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等慢性病及自身免疫性疾病等；
4.有精神障碍性疾病及神经系统疾病；
5.有酒精或药物滥用者；
6.有fMRI扫描禁忌症，如体内有植入金属假牙、心脏起搏器、人工金属心脏瓣膜等或不能配合完成检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age <18 years old or >60 years old; 2.Secondary headache and other types of primary headache caused by cerebral hemorrhage, intracranial aneurysm, intracranial tumor, intracranial arteriovenous malformation, cerebral infarction, etc. 3), combined with heart dysfunction, liver and kidney failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and autoimmune diseases; 3.There are mental disorders and neurological diseases; 4.Alcohol or drug abusers; 5.Patients with contraindications for fMRI scanning, such as metal dentures, pacemakers, artificial metal heart valves, etc., or those who cannot cooperate to complete the examination.
