研究目的：

结合头颅MRI的DTI成像技术评估针灸治疗相关梗死部位引起的吞咽功能障碍，依据梗死部位或者对侧DTI成像技术上纤维束的变化阐明针灸治疗卒中后吞咽困难的机制，从而进一步提倡PSD个体化治疗规范临床操作，构建合理的疗效评价体系。  

Objectives of Study：

Treatment of swallowing dysfunction related infarction combined with DTI imaging evaluation of acupuncture and moxibustion head MRI, according to changes of infarct or fiber bundle on the side of the DTI imaging technology to clarify the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of dysphagia after stroke, so as to further promote the individual PSD standardized treatment of clinical operation, reasonable construction effect evaluation system

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)合并失语、视听障碍患者或其他精神障碍患者；
(2)对针灸治疗反感者，依从性差者；
(3)孕妇，妊娠或哺乳期妇女。
(4)全身营养状况极差，合并严重的心、肝、肾、造血系统、内分泌系统疾病严
重原发性疾病。
(5)凡不符合纳入标准，未按规定治疗，无法判定疗效或数据不全等影响疗效。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with aphasia, audio-visual impairment or other mental disorders;
(2) poor compliance to the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment;
(3) pregnant women, pregnant or lactating women.
(4) the nutritional status of the whole body is very poor, and the serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, hematopoiesis and endocrine system; Severe primary disease;
(5) if it is not in conformity with the inclusion criteria and not treated according to the regulations, the effect can not be judged by the effect of the curative effect or the incomplete data.
