Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of orthopedic insole combined with LoopGO active and passive rehabilitation training system on lower limb motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有脑卒中、脑肿瘤、脑外伤及其他神经精神系统病史；
2.既往有严重的髋、膝关节骨性关节炎、下肢关节疾病或风湿及类风湿性关节炎、缺血性股骨头坏死等其他影响身体平衡和站立功能的患者；
3.病情恶化，出现新的脑梗死灶或脑出血灶；
4.半年内有严重躯体疾病，如心、肺、肝、肾等脏器功能衰竭者及控制不良的糖尿病患者等；
5.有严重的认知功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous history of stroke, brain tumor, brain trauma and other neuropsychiatric systems;
2.Patients with previous severe hip and knee osteoarthritis, lower limb joint disease or rheumatoid arthritis, ischemic necrosis of the femoral head and other factors affecting body balance and standing function;
3.Deterioration of the disease, new cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage;
4.There are serious physical diseases in half a year, such as heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ failure and poorly controlled diabetes patients;
5.People with severe cognitive impairment.
