研究目的：

本研究目的在于通过脊髓硬膜外电刺激，配合康复锻炼，促进患者感觉、运动及自主神经功能的恢复，从而改善患者生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to promote the recovery of sensory, motor and autonomic nervous function of patients through spinal cord epidural electrical stimulation and rehabilitation exercise, so as to improve the quality of life of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.患者患有其它严重器质性疾病或其它中枢神经系统畸形, 影响症状分析、术中观察、或术后康复的； b.患者患有其它系统疾病, 无法接受手术治疗的；c.其它原因不能或不愿配合研究的。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Patients suffering from other serious organic diseases or other central nervous system malformations, affecting symptom analysis, intraoperative observation, or postoperative rehabilitation; b. The patient suffers from other systemic diseases that cannot be treated by surgery; c. Unable or unwilling to cooperate with the research for other reasons.
