观察并探究低频TENS是否能够缓解肥胖人士代谢综合征，改善相关代谢异常。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe and investigate whether low-frequency TENS can alleviate metabolic syndrome and improve associated metabolic abnormalities in obese individuals.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①肥胖由内分泌疾病引起； ②患有精神疾病或其他可能改变其治疗反应的疾病； ③有药物滥用问题或饮酒、使用减肥药、有特殊饮食限制； ④计划怀孕或在研究期间怀孕； ⑤曾接受过减肥手术； ⑥拒绝参与试验或签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

① Obesity is caused by an endocrine disease; ②Suffering from mental illness or other conditions that may alter their response to the treatment of the disease; ③Have a substance abuse problem or use of alcohol, diet pills, or special dietary restrictions; ④ Planning to become pregnant or becoming pregnant during the study; ⑤ Having undergone bariatric surgery; ⑥ Refuse to participate in the trial or sign the informed consent form.

清洁皮肤后，采用5×5 cm自粘性电极片，一个电极位于第一、二掌骨背侧，另一个电极位于桡骨近端肌腹，双侧上肢均放置。治疗刺激频率为2 Hz，波宽为200 μs，每次30 min，每周5次，共计12周。刺激强度（mA）根据患者感觉进行调节，可引起肌肉轻微收缩，但以不引起疼痛或任何不适为宜。

Intervention：

After skin cleaning, 5×5 cm self-adhesive electrodes were used. One electrode was located on the dorsal side of the first and second metacarpal bones, and the other electrode was located on the abdominal muscle of the proximal radius. Both upper limbs were placed. Treatment stimulation frequency was 2 Hz, wave width was 200 μs, 30 min each time, 5 times a week for 12 weeks. The intensity of stimulation (mA) is adjusted according to the patient's sensation and can cause slight muscle contraction, but it is appropriate to do so without causing pain or any discomfort.
