(一) 評估L-carnitine 對中度以上癌因性疲憊的治療效益 (二) 評估癌症病人蛋白質攝取量對癌因性疲憊的影響 (三) 評估癌因性疲憊對癌症病人的日常生活品質影響  

Objectives of Study：

1. Assessing the Therapeutic Benefits of L-Carnitine for Moderate to Severe Cancer-Related Fatigue 2. Evaluating the Impact of Protein Intake in Cancer Patients on Cancer-Related Fatigue 3. Assessing the Impact of Cancer-Related Fatigue on the Daily Quality of Life of Cancer Patients

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 無法或不願意接受靜脈注射的病人 2. 對L-carnitine過敏者 3. 曾有癲癇發作過病人 4. 重度憂鬱 5. 懷孕或哺乳期的病人

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are unable or unwilling to receive intravenous injections. 2. Individuals allergic to L-carnitine. 3. Patients with a history of seizures. 4. Severe depression. 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients.

在實驗期間，每位受試者接受靜脈輸注L-carnitine治療, 每周三次, 每次1g。於兩周治療結束後再評估其疲備量尺分數和生活品質是否有改善。
