研究目的:

对机器人辅助手术操作者进行有效的培训及反馈评价,进一步收集操作者培训效果及评价结果反馈于手术机器人的评价,是完善手术机器人应用体系中不可或缺的重要一环。通过收集主观评价数据及客观生理信号,提取如心电、肌电及脑电等生理数据中可用于评价手术机器人操作熟练度的指征。探究影响操作者操作手术机器人的更深层因素。研究交互过程中操作者的注意力及疲劳度水平,以及情绪反应状态的变化情况,分析影响操作者的非技术技能因素,构建客观评价体系。建立全面的评价体系用以评价手术机器人操作者技术技能及非技术技能的水平。  

Objectives of Study:

Effective training and feedback evaluation of robot-assisted surgical operators, and further collection of operator training effects and evaluation results to be fed back to the evaluation of the surgical robot, is an important and indispensable part of improving the application system of the surgical robot. Through the collection of subjective evaluation data and objective physiological signals, physiological data such as ECG, EMG and EEG can be used to evaluate the proficiency of the surgical robot. To explore the deeper factors affecting the operator's ability to operate the surgical robot. We will study the operator's attention and fatigue levels, as well as changes in emotional response states during the interaction process, analyze the non-technical skill factors affecting the operator, and construct an objective evaluation system. To establish a comprehensive evaluation system to assess the level of technical and non-technical skills of surgical robot operators.

所有入组受试对象以5年外科经验被分为Residents(外科经验≤5年)及Fellows(外科经验>5年),随后在两层人群中再由梁渝靖通过随机数生成的方式将受试对象随机分为对照组及培训组,通过分层随机化分组的方式,保证了组间例数的平衡及实验结果的可靠性。

All enrolled subjects with 5 years of surgical experience were divided into Residents (≤5 years of surgical experience) and Fellows (>5 years of surgical experience). Subsequently, in the two tiers of the population, subjects were then randomly divided into the control group and the training group by Yujing Liang through the random number generating method, which ensured the balance of the number of cases between the groups and the reliability of the results of the experiment through the stratified randomized grouping method.
