研究目的：

本项研究旨在通过回顾患者超声心动图二尖瓣返流及心功能各项指标、氨基末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）的动态变化、主要不良心血管事件（MACE）发生情况，对急性心肌梗死（AMI）并发二尖瓣关闭不全（MR）患者从急性心肌梗死后心肌重构入手应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗，探索沙库巴曲缬沙坦对该类患者治疗的疗效及安全性，为临床AMI合并MR患者早期干预和治疗提供循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to review the echocardiographic mitral regurgitation and various indicators of cardiac function, dynamic changes in N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT proBNP), and occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) complicated by mitral regurgitation (MR). The study aims to explore the efficacy and safety of sacubitril valsartan in the treatment of AMI patients with MR, starting from myocardial remodeling after acute myocardial infarction, and provide evidence-based medicine for early intervention and treatment of AMI patients with MR.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)心脏瓣膜病病史； (2)既往体检或行心脏彩超示二尖瓣关闭不全;(3)急慢性心力衰竭病史，心脏外科手术病史； (3)各种心肌病; (4)持续性或永久性心房颤动; (5)首次急性心肌梗死住院期间死亡的; (6)严重肝肾功能不全，重度贫血，严重呼吸衰竭; (7)晚期恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of valvular heart disease; (2) Previous physical examination or cardiac ultrasound showed mitral regurgitation; (3) History of acute and chronic heart failure, history of cardiac surgery; (3) various cardiomyopathies; (4) persistent or permanent atrial fibrillation; (5) Death during hospitalization for the first acute myocardial infarction; (6) Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, severe anemia, severe respiratory failure; (7) Advanced malignant tumors.
