基于有科学循证依据的应用行为干预体系,针对儿童当前线下时间、空间及成本困境,以及情绪、社交技能改善欠佳的难题,拟建立ASD儿童线上靶向干预的标准服务流程,通过单盲随机对照实验探讨应用游戏运用干预技术对于儿童情绪和社会技能的提升效果,为实现早期密集的有效家庭干预,改善ASD儿童的核心症状探索靶向干预的新模式。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Based on a scientifically evidence-based applied behavior intervention system, this project aims to address the current challenges faced by children regarding offline time, space, and cost constraints, as well as the difficulties in improving emotional and social skills. We propose to establish a standard service process for online targeted interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Through a single-blind randomized controlled trial, we will explore the effectiveness of using game-based intervention techniques to enhance children's emotional and social skills. This initiative seeks to develop a new model for targeted intervention to achieve early, intensive, and effective family interventions, ultimately improving the core symptoms of children with ASD. |

1. 诊断不明确的患者,或伴有严重躯体疾病、器质性损伤、遗传代谢病、神经发育障碍性疾病以及并发症如癫痫、抽动症、抑郁症、严重情绪障碍等。2. 除外参与本研究阶段内正在参与其他康复训练在其他情境中学习情绪理解或社交问题解决的技能。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Patients with unclear diagnoses, or those with severe physical illnesses, organic injuries, genetic metabolic disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and complications such as epilepsy, tic disorders, depression, and severe emotional disturbances will be excluded. 2. Additionally, individuals who are participating in other rehabilitation training programs or learning skills related to emotional understanding or social problem-solving in different contexts during this phase of the study will also be excluded. |

技能前测基线评估: 在干预对象入组后,研究者将通过线下评估的形式, (1)通过使用Frankfurt面部情绪识别测试与训练系统(The Frankfurt Test and Training of Facial Affect Recognition, FEFA)进行前测。 (2)使用文兰适应行为量表(VABS-II)中的社交量表中的人际关系、游戏与休闲时间及应对方式三个模块进行前测评估。 (3)孤独症行为评定量表(ABC 量表):量表共包含 57 个项目,分别从儿童的感觉、行为、情绪、语言等方面评估行为异常性。 (4)社会效度评价指标: 家长对靶向干预形式整体满意度以及家长压力问卷(The Parental Stress Scale)。 后测评估 (1)在为期三个月的训练后,研究者同样通过线下评估的形式,使用文兰适应行为量表(VABS-II)中的社交量表中的人际关系、游戏与休闲时间及应对方式三个模块进行评估。 (2)使用社交反应量表测试(SRS-II)作为前测。 |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
Skill Pre-test Baseline Assessment: After the participants are enrolled in the intervention, the researchers will conduct a pre-test through offline assessment, as follows:①Frankfurt Test and Training of Facial Affect Recognition (FEFA): A pre-test will be conducted using this system.②Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scale (VABS-II): The assessment will include three modules from the social scale: interpersonal relationships, play and leisure time, and coping strategies.③Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC): The checklist contains a total of 57 items that assess behavioral abnormalities in children across sensory, behavioral, emotional, and linguistic aspects.④Social Validity Assessment Indicators: This includes parents' overall satisfaction with the targeted intervention format and the Parental Stress Scale. Post-test Assessment: ①After a three-month training period, the researchers will again conduct an offline assessment using the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scale (VABS-II) to evaluate the three modules of interpersonal relationships, play and leisure time, and coping strategies. ②Social Responsiveness Scale (SRS-II) will be used as a post-test evaluation tool. |
