研究目的：

本研究拟以“神经酰胺对于急性缺血性脑卒中预后的相关性研究”为题，通过串联质谱的方法检测 AIS 患者外周血血浆神经酰胺水平，并进一步探讨神经酰胺与卒中不同严重程度、不同卒中亚型及预后的相关性。本研究的进行将有助于深入理解神经酰胺在急性缺血性卒中中的作用，并为治疗疾病寻找新的靶点提供新的思路和方法。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we will focus on the correlation of ceramide on the prognosis of acute ischemic stroke, and measure the plasma ceramide level in peripheral blood of AIS patients by tandem mass spectrometry, and further explore the correlation between ceramide and stroke severity, stroke subtypes and prognosis. The conduct of this study will contribute to a deeper understanding of the role of ceramides in acute ischemic stroke, and provide new ideas and methods for finding new targets for the treatment of diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 头 CT 提示颅内出血性疾病； 2. 严重肾和/或肝功能不全； 3. 严重水肿、已知恶性肿瘤或自身免疫性疾病的患者和严重感染； 4. 采血时正在接受类固醇类治疗的患者； 5. 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 6. 因其它原因无法完成该研究或研究者一致认为不适合入组该研究者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) CT of the head suggests intracranial hemorrhagic disorder; (2) severe renal and/or hepatic insufficiency; (3) Patients with severe edema, known malignancy or autoimmune disease and severe infection; (4) Patients who are receiving steroid therapy at the time of blood collection; (5) pregnant or lactating women; (6) Unable to complete the study for other reasons or the investigator unanimously believes that it is not suitable for enrollment in the investigator
