研究目的：

1. 了解全国有代表性地区的三级妇幼卫生网络的ASD筛查和诊疗服务能力及影响因素，识别《0～6岁儿童孤独症筛查干预服务规范》实施的现状及障碍和促进因素。 2. 根据利益相关者的需求和期望，结合各地区的实际开发优化ASD筛查诊疗一体化策略。 3. 应用RE-AIM框架评估不同地区、经济背景下优化策略的实施效果及ASD疾病负担改善情况。 4. 明确0-6岁ASD一体化筛查诊疗路径实施的影响因素；建立《0～6岁儿童孤独症筛查干预服务规范》可推广的全国0-6岁ASD筛查诊疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate the ASD screening and diagnostic service capabilities and influencing factors within the representative regional tertiary maternal and child health networks across the country, and identify the current status, obstacles, and facilitators of the implementation of the "Autism Screening and Intervention Service Standards for Children Aged 0-6". 2. Develop and optimize integrated ASD screening and diagnostic strategies based on the needs and expectations of stakeholders, in conjunction with the realities of each region. 3. Utilize the RE-AIM framework to assess the effectiveness of the optimized strategies in different regions and economic contexts, as well as the improvement in the ASD disease burden. 4. Identify the influencing factors of the implementation of the integrated ASD screening and diagnostic pathways for children aged 0-6; establish a nationwide, scalable strategy for ASD screening and diagnosis for children aged 0-6 according to the "Autism Screening and Intervention Service Standards for Children Aged 0-6".

1. Community Health Service Centers/Township Health Clinics without health check-up services for children aged 0-6. 2. Maternal and Child Health Institutions at the County/District level without outpatient services.

课题产生的原始数据和资料，按统一标准和格式有课题负责人汇总，分年度向科技厅提交。在项目结束6个月后，即2025年7月份课题组所取得的所有数据将汇总后上交到科技厅数据管理中心。科学数据在未发表前，在课题组内部共享；数据发表后，可向世界范围内的科学家开放，最终实现数据共享以提高成果的影响力。在本课题组研究人员的出版物中；将处理后的数据集和原始数据上传公开数据库。

The original data and materials generated by the project are compiled by the project leader according to unified standards and formats, and submitted to the Science and Technology Department on an annual basis. Six months after the project ends, that is, in July 2025, all data obtained by the project team will be summarized and submitted to the Data Management Center of the Science and Technology Department. Before the scientific data is published, it is shared within the project team; after the data is published, it can be opened to scientists around the world, ultimately achieving data sharing to enhance the impact of the results. In the publications of the researchers of this project team, the processed data set and the original data are uploaded to the public database.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

调研定量部分线上电子问卷采集，定性部分访谈录音。整群随机对照试验结局指标由管理系统采集和现场统计两种方式获得。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The quantitative part of the survey is collected through online electronic questionnaires, while the qualitative part is through interview recordings. The outcome indicators of the cluster randomized controlled trial are obtained through two methods: data collection by the management system and on-site statistics.
