本研究旨在评价肌功能疗法治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of myofunctional therapy in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)不愿意或不能提供书面知情同意; (2)存在颅面部畸形、经常使用催眠药物、甲状腺功能减退、既往中风、神经肌肉疾病、严重心脏病(纽约心脏协会III-IV类)或严重阻塞性鼻部疾病; (3)其他类型的睡眠呼吸障碍，如中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停或肥胖低通气综合征(在排除其他低通气原因后，体重指数>30 kg/m2，清醒时静息二氧化碳分压>45 mmHg)。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) unwillingness or inability to provide written informed consent; (2) presence of combined craniofacial malformations, regular use of hypnotic medications, hypothyroidism, previous stroke, neuromuscular disease, severe heart disease (New York Heart Association class III-IV), or severe obstructive nasal disease; (3) other types of sleep-disordered breathing, such as central sleep apnea or obesity hypoventilation syndrome (body mass index>30 kg/m2 and an awake resting carbon dioxide partial pressure >45 mmHg at sea level, after excluding other causes of hypoventilation).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：根据研究目标和方案，设计了详细的CRF表格，涵盖入组受试者的人体测量学数据（病人ID、年龄、性别、身高、体重、颈围等）、评估量表、超声、PSG数据等。由一名专门的研究人员在患者就诊时详细、准确地填写CRF表格，并由指定的审核人员进行定期审核，确保数据的准确性和完整性。将纸质CRF表格中的数据录入到Excel表格中，确保数据的数字化管理和后续分析的方便性。 数据管理：根据CRF表格的内容，在Excel中设计相应的数据录入数据。研究人员按照模板的要求，将每个患者的数据录入到Excel表格中。定期对Excel表格中的数据进行审核，确保数据的准确性和完整性。定期将Excel表格的数据进行备份，确保数据的安全性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data Collection: According to the research objectives and protocol, a detailed Case Record Form (CRF) was designed, covering anthropometric data of enrolled subjects (patient ID, age, gender, height, weight, neck circumference, etc.), assessment scales, ultrasound, and PSG data. A dedicated researcher meticulously and accurately filled out the CRF during patient visits, and a designated auditor regularly reviewed the forms to ensure data accuracy and completeness. The data from the paper CRF forms were entered into Excel spreadsheets to ensure digital management and facilitate subsequent analysis. Data Management: Based on the content of the CRF forms, a corresponding data entry template was designed in Excel. Researchers entered each patient's data into the Excel spreadsheets according to the template's requirements. The data in the Excel spreadsheets were regularly reviewed to ensure accuracy and completeness. Additionally, the Excel data were periodically backed up to ensure data security.
