研究目的：

1. 主要目的 1) 观察睑板腺热脉动系统（LipiFlow）治疗MGD患者的疗效与安全性； 2) 与传统热敷相比，评价睑板腺热脉动系统（LipiFlow）治疗MGD患者的有效性。 2. 次要目的 1) 评估睑板腺热脉动系统（LipiFlow）治疗MGD患者疗效持续的时间； 2) 评估睑板腺热脉动系统（LipiFlow）对哪些症状、体征可以缓解； 3) 评估评睑板腺热脉动系统（LipiFlow）对睑板腺功能的影响。

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose 1) To observe the curative effect and safety of meibomian gland heat pulsation system (LipiFlow) in patients with MGD; 2) Compared with the traditional hot compress, to evaluate the effectiveness meibomian gland heat pulsation system (LipiFlow) in the treatment of MGD patients. 2. Secondary purpose 1) To assess the duration of treatment of MGD patients with LipiFlow; 2) To assess what the symptoms and signs can be alleviated meibomian gland heat pulse system (LipiFlow); 3) To assess the effect of meibomian gland heat pulse system (LipiFlow on meibomian gland function.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. SPEED评分为15或以上；
2. 睑板腺照相发现下眼睑睑板腺有超过50%的腺体缺失；
3. 伴发可导致增加治疗损伤的眼部疾病，例如：任何一只眼睛活动性的眼部感染或炎症；在基线检查前三个月内有眼部手术或外伤；任何一只眼睛存在可能影响角膜完整性的眼表异常；任何一只眼有影响眼睑功能的眼睑异常；
4. 系统性疾病导致的干眼，及在研究期间不愿意放弃会导致干眼的系统性药物治疗；
5. 基准检查前三个月内进行过泪点塞置入或泪小管成形术。若在三个月以前进行过泪点塞置入或泪小管成形术的受试者，在研究期间不允许新的泪点塞置入或泪小管成形术；
6. 基准检查前30天内参与涉及到治疗药物或医疗器材其他眼科临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. SPEED score of 15 or above;
2. More than 50% glandular defects of lower eyelid meibomian glands are found in the meibomian gland photography;
3. Concomitant ocular diseases that can result in increased therapeutic damage, such as ocular infection or inflammation in any one eye; ocular surgery or trauma within the first trimester of baseline examinations; and the abnormality of ocular surface affecting corneal integrity of any one eye; eyelid abnormalities affecting eyelid function in either eye;
4. Dry eye caused by systemic disease and unwillingness to abandon systemic drug therapy that leads to dry eye during the study;
5.The punctum puncture placement or lacrimal ductoplasty within three months before baseline examination. If a subject with a punctum plug or tear tube angioplasty was performed three months earlier, a new punctal plug was not allowed to be placed or lacrimal ductoplasty during the study;
6. Participate in other ophthalmic clinical trials involving the treatment of medications or medical devices within 30 days prior to baseline examinations.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	In this study, a unified case report was used, and the leading unit was responsible for making and distributing to the sub centers.
