研究目的：

本研究将高原环境中工作的ERCP术者分为术中未吸氧与术中吸氧组进行随机对照试验，通过观察ERCP成功率、操作及插管时间，研究高原环境对ERCP术者术中操作状态的影响及吸氧对其的改善效果。并进一步观察患者术后的并发症发生率及恢复情况，从而寻求针对术者确保高原地区ERCP治疗效果的最佳保障措施。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, ERCP operators working in high altitude environment were divided into non-oxygen inhalation group and oxygen inhalation group to conduct a randomized controlled trial. By observing the success rate of ERCP, operation and cannulation time, the influence of high altitude environment on the operative state of ERCP operators and the improvement effect of oxygen inhalation on them were studied.The incidence of postoperative complications and recovery of patients were further observed, so as to seek the best support measures for operators to ensure the therapeutic effect of ERCP in the plateau area.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.凝血功能障碍者（INR>1.3）及外周血小板计数明显减少<50*10^9/L； 2.合并严重肝脏疾病、原发性硬化性胆管炎； 3.合并消化道梗阻或狭窄； 4. 合并肝胆胰系统恶性肿瘤； 5.既往有ERCP或上消化道重建手术史； 6.其他 ERCP 禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with coagulation dysfunction (INR>1.3) or a significant decrease in peripheral platelet count (<50*10^9/L) 2. Patients with severe liver disease or primary sclerosing cholangitis 3. Patients with gastrointestinal obstruction 4. Patients with hepatobiliary or pancreatic malignant tumors 5. Patients with a history of ERCP or upper gastrointestinal reconstruction surgery 6. Other contraindications to ERCP

本研究为双盲多中心前瞻性随机对照研究,由统计人员根据样本数量制作随机数字表并装入信封，在每例ERCP操作前由研究者拆开信封获取每个患者的治疗分组方案。根据操作中是否对术者提供氧气吸入，以1:1的比例随机将患者分为术者吸氧组和术者对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study was a double-blind multicenter prospective randomized controlled study. Statisticians prepared a random number table according to the sample size and put it into an envelope. The envelope was opened by researchers to obtain the treatment grouping plan of each patient before ERCP operation.According to whether oxygen inhalation was provided to the surgeon during the operation, the patients were randomly divided into the oxygen inhalation group and the control group at a ratio of 1:1.
