研究目的：

观察超声引导下髂腰肌平面阻滞对髋关节置换术患者术后镇痛效果及运动功能的影响

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of plane block of iliopsoas plane block by ultrasound on postoperative analgesia and motor function of patients undergoing hip replacement.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、慢性肾病或心功能不全 2、长期使用镇痛药物或精神药物 3、凝血功能异常 4、局麻药物过敏史 5、神经阻滞禁忌症 6、手术侧肢体神经病变以及无法理解或合作完成本研究者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Chronic kidney disease or cardiac insufficiency, 2. Long-term use of analgesic drugs or psychotropic drugs, 3. Abnormal coagulation function, 4. Allergic history of local anesthesia drugs, 5. Contraindications to nerve block, n 6. Europathy of limbs on the surgical side, and inability to understand or cooperate in completing this research.

采用计算机生产(SPSS 27.0 软)的随机数字表法将患者以1:1的比例分为两组：髂腰肌平面阻滞组（IPB组）和髂筋膜间隙阻滞组（FICB组），每组45例。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Patients were randomly assigned toIliopsoas plane block group (groupIPB) or Fascia iliaca compartment block group (group FICB). Randomization was performed using a computer-generated (SPSS 27.0) list of random numbers to allocate patients to one of the two study groups in a 1:1 ratio.
