1.筛选ICU危险性消化道出血患者死亡高危因素 2.构建ICU危险性消化道出血患者临床预后模型 3.分析ICU危险性消化道出血患者内镜干预最佳时机

Objectives of Study：

1. Screening high-risk factors for mortality in ICU patients with dangerous gastrointestinal bleeding 2. Constructing a clinical prognostic model for ICU patients with dangerous gastrointestinal bleeding 3. Analyze the optimal timing for endoscopic intervention in ICU patients with dangerous gastrointestinal bleeding

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 未成年、妊娠或哺乳期女性患者 ② 患者家属签字放弃规范化诊疗 ③ 随访失联的患者 ④ 非危险性消化道出血导致死亡患者

Exclusion criteria：

① Children, pregnant or lactating female patients ② Patient's family members sign to abandon standardized diagnosis and treatment ③ Follow up of lost patients ④ Non hazardous gastrointestinal bleeding leading to death in patient
