研究目的：

探讨ICF康复组合（ICF-RS）作为功能评价工具应用于住院膝骨性关节炎患者的适用性，了解上述患者的身体功能、活动、参与三个维度的功能状况，与现有常用的膝关节功能量表WOMAC骨性关节炎指数进行比较分析，并探讨其与膝骨性关节炎Kellgren-Lawrence影像学分级的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore the applicability of International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health Rehabilitation Set (ICF-RS) as a functional assessment tool for hospitalized patients with knee osteoarthritis, understanding the functional status of these patients in the three dimensions of body functions, activities and participation. 2.To compare and analyze ICF-RS with the existing commonly used Western Ontario McMaster Osteo-Arthritis Index (WOMAC) knee score, and explore its correlation with the imaging Kellgren-Lawrence grade of knee osteoarthritis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）精神障碍、认知障碍、语言功能障碍等存在交流沟通障碍者； （2）文化水平不足以理解评定条目者； （3）脑血管病等神经系统疾病导致下肢活动障碍者； （4）有重大外伤史或手术史影响膝关节功能者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with mental disorders, cognitive impairments, language disorders, or any other conditions that result in communication barriers. 2. Patients whose level of education is insufficient to understand the assessment items. 3. Patients with neurological conditions such as cerebrovascular disease that cause lower limb mobility impairments. 4. Patients with a history of significant trauma or surgery that affects knee joint function.

本研究采用系统抽样的方法，由项目负责人在广东省中医院骨科住院的患者中，按入院的先后顺序，每隔1名膝骨性关节炎患者抽样调查1人，直至达到特定样本量。

This study employed a systematic sampling method. The project leader conducted the sampling in the orthopedic department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine. Patients with knee osteoarthritis were surveyed in the order of their admission, with one patient being sampled every other patient, until a specific sample size was reached.
