纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.①既往临床已确诊有肾小球肾炎、肾小管间质性疾病、肾血管性疾病、代 谢性疾病和结缔组织疾病性肾损害、感染性肾损害、先天性和遗传性肾脏疾病 和肾移植病史,或肾活检提示有慢性肾脏病史者。 ②妊娠者。

Exclusion criteria:

1.① Previous clinical diagnosis of glomerulonephritis, renal tubulointerstitial disease, renal vascular disease, generation Kidney damage due to kidney disease and connective tissue disease, infectious kidney damage, congenital and hereditary kidney diseases And a history of kidney transplantation, or a kidney biopsy suggesting a history of chronic kidney disease. ② Pregnant persons.

The data of the training set came from the big data platform of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University. Validation set data came from big data platform of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University (Xiamen); The data of the test set were collected from the electronic medical record system of several community health centers in Shanghai, the Chinese Prospective Study of Chronic Diseases (CKB) database, and the database National Population Nutrition Cross-Sectional Survey (NHANES) database.
