研究目的：

利用AI程序自动纠错的能力将大量已报告阳性淋巴结转移的直肠癌磁共振图像输入我们的智能程序中，通过它的内部深度学习、自动纠错、图像记忆产生它自己的判断阈值，从而完成我们人工智能MRI直肠癌转移性淋巴结自动识别系统的建立。  

Objectives of Study：

By using AI program, automatic error correction ability will be a large number of reported rectal cancer MRI positive lymph node metastasis enter our smart process, through its internal deep learning, automatic error correction, image memory has its own judgment threshold, thus completing our artificial intelligence establishment of MRI rectal cancer metastatic lymph node automatic identification system.

依据影像学医师判断，报告中已明确的盆腔淋巴结阳性转移的直肠癌磁共振图像。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

A magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of rectal cancer with positive pelvic lymph node metastasis has been reported in the report, according to the surgeon's judgment.

指标试验（即本研究的待评估诊断试验，无论为方法、生物标志物或设备，均请列出名称）：

将全部入选的MRI图像以及标识制成用于人工智能学习的二进制数据库。将二进制数据库中80%的内容以数据流的方式输入Faster-RCNN深度学习模型，深度学习模型根据输入的数据流以及教师信号，自动调整内部神经元的参数，经过反复地数据流输入与自动调整，完成人工智能的训练。
