研究目的：

明确新型结构脂（MLCT）配方奶粉对健康婴儿的肠道菌群与脂质代谢的变化规律，解析该变化与婴幼儿生长发育的关联机制。为新型结构脂（MLCT）配方奶粉提供新的临床依据及理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to elucidate the alterations of gut microbiota and lipid metabolism in healthy newborns attributed to MLCT formula, and to investigate the underlying mechanisms of these changes in relation to the growth and development of infants.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准为早产（胎龄<37周）、低出生体重（小于2500g）、产妇慢性疾病（例如1型或2型糖尿病、炎症性肠病）、产妇精神和心身疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria were prematurity (gestational age <37 weeks), low birth weight (<2500 g), maternal chronic diseases (e.g., type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus, inflammatory bowel disease), and maternal psychiatric and psychosomatic disorders.
