研究目的：

通过人群干预试验，验证六堡茶在糖代谢、脂质代谢以及体重、肠道菌群变化等方面产生的影响，阐明不同陈化时间六堡茶（1年、4年、7年、10年）对代谢性疾病人群的减糖、减脂、减肥效果，明确六堡茶最佳健康效应的干预时间以及六堡茶最佳健康效应的陈化年份，探讨六堡茶健康效应的潜在机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the population intervention test, we can verify the effects of Liubao tea on sugar metabolism, lipid metabolism, body weight and intestinal flora, elucidate the effects of different aging times of Liubao tea (1 year, 4 years, 7 years and 10 years) on the reduction of sugar, fat and weight loss of chronic disease patients, clarify the intervention time of Liubao tea's optimal health effects and the aging years of Liubao tea's optimal health effects, and explore the potential mechanisms of Liubao tea's health effects. The potential mechanism of the health effect of Liubao tea was explored.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）年龄在18岁以下或65岁以上者，BMI＞55kg/m2或BMI＜28kg/m2； （2）备孕、妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （3）合并有心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病，精神病患者； （4）近3月曾服用降低血脂、血糖、体重相关药物及膳食补充剂，影响到对结果的判断者； （5）过度抽烟或酗酒； （6）有特殊的饮食习惯：素食者、生酮饮食者（高脂肪、低碳水）等； （7）不能遵循试验要求者； （8）对茶叶内含成分过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals under 18 years old or over 65 years old, with a BMI >55kg/m² or a BMI <28kg/m²; (2) Women who are planning to conceive, pregnant, or lactating; (3) Those with severe diseases involving the heart, liver, kidneys, and hematopoietic system, or psychiatric patients; (4) Individuals who have taken medications or dietary supplements for lowering lipids, blood sugar, or weight within the last 3 months, which may affect the judgment of the results; (5) Excessive smoking or alcohol consumption; (6) Those with special dietary habits: vegetarians, ketogenic dieters (high-fat, low-carb), etc.; (7) Individuals who are unable to comply with the trial requirements; (8) Those with an allergy to components found in tea.
