研究目的：

1. 获取诺尔康-晨星人工耳蜗系统在12～71月龄植入者的安全性和有效性数据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To get the safety and efficacy data of Nurotron cochlear system in 12 ~ 71 months subjects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对植入体的材料过敏；
2. 严重内耳畸形（MONDINI畸形及大前庭导水管综合症（LVAS）除外）；
3. 耳聋是由非耳蜗病变所致；
4. 中耳存在感染或鼓膜穿孔未愈合者；
5. 曾参加其他国产人工耳蜗临床试验，或植入其他人工耳蜗的患者；
6. 患有精神疾病；
7. 患有其它严重疾病的患者，如心脏病等等；
8. 合并其他残疾；
9. 大脑结构异常者（如脑白质发育异常、脱髓鞘病等）；
10. 癫痫患者；
11. 瘢痕体质和易敏体质的患者。
12．术后不能参加言语康复训练的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. allergy to implant materials;
2. severe inner ear malformation (MONDINI malformation and large vestibule aqueduct syndrome (LVAS));
3. deafness is caused by non cochlear lesions.
4. the middle ear was infected or the perforation of tympanic membrane was not healed.
5. patients who had participated in other clinical trials of homemade cochlear cochlear or other cochlear implant patients;
6. suffered from mental illness;
7. patients with other serious diseases, such as heart disease, and so on;
8. the combination of other disabilities;
9. patients with abnormal brain structure (such as abnormal brain white matter development, demyelinating disease, etc.);
10. epileptic patients;
11. patients with cicatricial constitution and susceptibility.
12. patients who were unable to participate in speech rehabilitation training after operation.
