目的探讨复合利多卡因乳膏局部麻醉联合手机视听模式在小儿包皮环切术中的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose is to investigate the safety and effectiveness of using local anesthesia with compound lidocaine cream combined with mobile phone audiovisual mode in pediatric circumcision.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 包皮过长的患儿;2. 阴茎发育异常(阴茎弯曲、隐匿、阴茎旋转等);3. 对本研究中使用的药物过敏的患儿;4. 包皮龟头炎;5. 认知和听觉障碍;6. 凝血功能障碍患者;8. 不能接受局部麻醉的儿童;9. 不能接受随访或失去随访的儿童

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with redundant prepuce; 2. Abnormal development of the penis (penile curvature, occult penis, penile rotation, etc.); 3. Individuals who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 4. Combined balanoposthitis; 5. Cognitive and auditory impairments; 6. Coagulation dysfunction patients; 8. Children who cannot accept local anesthesia; 9. Children who cannot receive follow-up or were lost to follow-up.

研究中根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确的录入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据系统进行录入。电子数据文件分类保存，并有备份，防止损坏。
