探讨基于ICF框架的失能维度，结合PNF与太极动作建立运动居家干预范式，为失能老人的预防跌倒提供标准化的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the disability dimension based on the ICF framework, and to establish a home exercise intervention paradigm by combining PNF and Tai Chi movements, so as to provide a standardized treatment plan for preventing falls for disabled elderly people.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.老人生命体征不平稳； 2.严重器官障碍者； 3.意识障碍或认知功能障碍； 4.平衡功能严重障碍者； 5.老人正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其它临床试验；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The elderly have unstable vital signs; 2.Severe organ disorders; 3.Consciousness disorders or cognitive dysfunction; 4.Severe balance disorders; 5.The elderly are participating in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study;

由测试者对其进行现场评估计时-起立-行走测试量表（TUG），老年人跌倒风险评估（FRA）、自评跌倒风险因素、功能性前伸测试（FRT）、Borg自觉疲劳评分量表及测量心率、血压、呼吸频率等生理指标，并在首次训练提供华为H1pro手环，由测试者为其安装、讲解、操作“面向失能风险老年人数字化运动干预系统V1.0”系统并完成首次训练。确认老人或其家属能正确使用系统，提供必备工具（小新pad，华为手环、充电器等）后老人回家进行训练，每天1次，每次25-30分钟，每周5次训练。

The tester will conduct an on-site assessment using the Timed-Up-and-Go Test (TUG), Fall Risk Assessment (FRA), self-assessed fall risk factors, Functional Reach Test (FRT), Borg Perceived Fatigue Rating Scale, and measure physiological indicators such as heart rate, blood pressure, and respiratory rate. In the first training session, the tester will provide a Huawei H1pro bracelet, install, explain, and operate the "Digital Sports Intervention System V1.0 for Elderly People at Risk of Disability" system, and complete the first training session. After confirming that the elderly or their family members can use the system correctly and providing the necessary tools (Xiaoxin pad, Huawei bracelet, charger, etc.), the elderly will go home for training, once a day, 25-30 minutes each time, and 5 times a week.

Simple sorting random grouping: Starting from the third column of the fifth row of the random number table, select 66 random numbers of different sizes.
