研究目的：

探讨帕金森病（parkinson’s disease, PD）患者发生胸腰筋膜损伤（thoracolumbar fascia injury, TLFI）的独立危险因素，并构建一个临床预测模型，以对临床诊治提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate risk factors of thoracolumbar fascia injury (TLFI) in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD), and construct a clinical Nomogram prediction model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、脑炎、脑血管病、中毒、外伤、药物等所致的帕金森综合征、帕金森叠加综合征； 2、合并特定引起LBP的疾病，比如肿瘤、感染、胸腰椎骨折、严重的腰椎间盘突出症（MSU分级2-3级）等； 3、既往腰椎手术史； 4、严重的躯体及精神疾病史； 5、平素长期口服止痛药患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Parkinsonism and Parkinson-plus syndromes caused by encephalitis, cerebrovascular disease, poisoning, trauma, or drugs; 2.Coexisting conditions causing LBP such as tumors, infections, thoracolumbar fractures, or severe lumbar disc herniation (MSU grade 2-3); 3. History of lumbar surgery; 4.Severe physical and psychiatric illness history; 5. Patients who regularly take pain medication.
