研究目的：

为了寻求术后镇痛的长效方案，特设计本研究，旨在探究脂质体布比卡因用于竖脊肌阻滞减少胸腔镜术后疼痛的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to seek a long-term solution for postoperative pain relief, this study was designed to investigate the effectiveness of liposome bupivacaine in reducing pain after thoracoscopic surgery for erector spinae block.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.穿刺点感染或皮肤病；
2.依从性差，无法完成视觉模拟评分表等；
3.心、肺、肝、肾、神经系统及凝血功能异常；
4.有局麻药及术中用药过敏史；
5.术前使用影响神经功能药物；
6.既往使用过阿片类药物或抗精神疾病药物；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Infection or skin disease at the puncture site;
2.Poor compliance, inability to complete visual simulation scoring forms, etc;
3.Abnormal heart, lung, liver, kidney, nervous system, and coagulation function;
4.Have a history of allergies to local anesthetics and intraoperative medications;
5.Preoperative use of drugs that affect neurological function;
6.Previously used opioid drugs or antipsychotic drugs;
