研究目的：

1、探明互动式头针疗法在脑卒中偏瘫患者痉挛状态恢复过程中的脑功能重塑靶点。 2、明确互动式头针对脑卒中合并上肢痉挛状态治疗效果的中枢机制及脑神经网络。 3、为寻找最佳治疗方案，帮助脑卒中患者制定精准、有效的改善上肢痉挛状态的康复策略提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the target of brain function remodeling of interactive scalp acupuncture in the recovery of spasticity in stroke patients with hemiplegia. 2. To clarify the central mechanism and brain neural network of the effect of interactive scalp acupuncture on stroke with upper limb spasticity. 3. To find the best treatment plan and help stroke patients to make accurate and effective rehabilitation strategy to improve upper limb spasticity.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)既往有脑外伤史、肿瘤史或其他中枢神经系统病变等影响肌张力的疾病； (2)严重心、肝、肾、肺等器官疾病或有其它重大基础疾病，不能耐受的患者； (3)长期酗酒或长期服用改变皮层兴奋性药物（如抗抑郁、镇静药等）； (4)存在交流、认知障碍，意识不清，不能配合完成实验的患者； (5)不愿意签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) prior history of brain injury, tumor or other central nervous system disorders affecting muscle tone, (2) severe heart, liver, kidney, lung or other major underlying diseases, (3) long-term alcohol abuse or long-term use of stimulants (such as antidepressants, sedatives, etc.) to change the cortex; (4) communication, cognitive impairment, confusion, can not cooperate with the patients to complete the experiment; (5) patients who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
