研究目的：

通过临床随机对照法，探究牙槽间隔注射法相比于传统的阻生牙颊侧浸润麻醉的方法是否有利于在下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术中控制牙髓症状，为缓解牙拔除术中痛苦提供新的思路，以解决临床中下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉术成功率低、术中牙髓症状无法有效缓解的问题，提高就医舒适度，提高患者满意度  

Objectives of Study：

Through clinical randomized control method, to explore whether interalveolar injection is beneficial to control pulp symptoms during mandibular impacted third molar extraction compared with traditional buccal infiltration anesthesia, and to provide new ideas for relieving pain during tooth extraction, so as to solve the problem of low success rate of middle and lower alveolar nerve block anesthesia and ineffective relief of pulp symptoms during surgery. Improve medical comfort and patient satisfaction

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、阻生牙龋损严重,牙冠破坏较大,或存在重度磨耗、错(牙合)畸形; 2、阻生牙牙周组织破坏严重,牙槽嵴吸收较多; 3、存在麻醉药品过敏史; 4、具有牙拔除术相关禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The impacted tooth is severely decayed, significantly damaged in the crown, or exhibits severe wear or malocclusion; 2.The periodontal tissues surrounding the impacted tooth show severe destruction, including significant alveolar ridge resorption; 3.The patient has a known allergy to anesthetics; 4.The patient has contraindications specifically related to the tooth extraction procedure.
