研究目的：

验证比较两种不同的机械辅助装置（Extra-VAD与VA-ECMO）在治疗并心原性休克患者的有效性安全性分析。  

Objectives of Study：

The comparative analysis between two distinct mechanical support devices, Extra-VAD and VA-ECMO, is conducted to evaluate their effectiveness and safety in treating patients with cardiogenic shock.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重不可逆慢性非心脏器官衰竭限制生存； 2.不可逆转的心力衰竭； 3.主动脉夹层； 4.ECPR； 5.患者合并严重呼吸衰竭； 6.患者右心功能衰竭（TAPSE<1.2cm）； 7.患者拒绝参与此项研究，拒绝入组。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe, irreversible chronic non-cardiac organ failure limiting survival; 2. Irreversible heart failure; 3. Aortic dissection; 4. ECPR; 5. Patients with severe respiratory failure; 6. Right heart failure in patients (TAPSE < 1.2cm); 7. Patients who refuse to participate in this study, refusing to be enrolled.
