研究目的：

建立高原地区脑梗死多中心专题研究平台，研究高原脑梗死患者临床特点，建立高原脑梗死预后预测模型，建立高原脑梗死再灌注治疗方案的精准决策体系。  

Objectives of Study：

A multi-center research platform for cerebral infarction in the plateau region will be established to study the clinical characteristics of patients with cerebral infarction at high altitude, establish a prognostic model for cerebral infarction at high altitude, and establish a precise decision-making system for reperfusion treatment of cerebral infarction at high altitude.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.此次发病前因任何原因生活不能自理者（modified Rankin scale, mRS≥2）；
2.妊娠、合并自身免疫性疾病、血液疾病或恶性肿瘤者；
3.患者或家属拒绝给予知情同意；

Exclusion criteria：

1.People who cannot take care of themselves for any reason before the onset of the disease (modified Rankin scale, mRS≥2);
2.Pregnancy, autoimmune disease, blood disease or malignant tumor;
3.The patient or family member refuses to give informed consent;
