研究目的：

系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一个累及多系统、多脏器,临床表现复杂,病程迁延反复的慢性自身免疫性疾病。我们前期的研究发现肿瘤坏死因子相关弱凋亡诱导因子（TWEAK），一种新型促炎症因子，在SLE的发病中发挥了重要的作用。通过检测红斑狼疮患者外周血及尿液中TWEAK的水平，研究其与红斑狼疮患者临床与实验室特征及疾病活动度的关联，从而为揭示TWEAK可作为反映狼疮活动性的生物标记提供依据，且为患者进一步的诊断及治疗提供新的更优化的策略。

Objectives of Study：

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease that involves multiple systems or organs, presents complicated clinical manifestations, and has prolonged course and frequent relapses. Our previous studies found that tumor necrosis factor-like weak inducer of apoptosis (TWEAK), a new proinflammatory factor, plays an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE. By measuring the sTWEAK levels in both sera and urine of patients with SLE and defining the association between that and disease activity, we'd like to prove that sTWEAK can be new biomarker of SLE and provide a new optimized strategy of diagnosis and treatment for this disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患有重叠结缔组织病、混合性结缔组织病及未分化结缔组织病；（2）患有免疫性皮肤病及皮肤血管炎如大疱性类天疱疮、过敏性紫癜、白塞病等；（3）患有其他炎症性皮肤疾病，包括银屑病、湿疹或特应性皮炎等；（4）患有其他自体免疫性疾病如类风湿性关节炎、炎症性肠病（克罗恩病及溃疡性结肠炎）；（5）患有冠状动脉动脉粥样硬化型心脏病、糖尿病等系统性疾病；（6）患有病毒感染性皮肤病如寻常疣等；（7）处于严重的难以控制的局部或全身急、慢性感染期间；（8）有乙型或丙型肝炎病史；或HIV抗体阳性者；（9）有良性或恶性肿瘤病史者；（10）研究者认为不宜参加试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) With overlapping connective tissue disease, mixed connective tissue disease or undifferentiated connective tissue disease;
(2) Suffering from other autoimmune skin diseases and cutaneous vasculitis such as bullous pemphigoid, allergic purpura, Behcet's disease,et al;
(3) With other inflammatory skin diseases, including psoriasis, eczema or atopic dermatitis,et al;
(4) With other autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis),et al;
(5) Suffering from other systemic disease such as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease or diabetes;
(6) Suffering from viral infectious skin diseases such as verruca vulgaris;
(7) Under the period of severe local or systemic, acute or chronic infection;
(8) With hepatitis B or C; or HIV antibody positivity;
(9) With benign or malignant tumor;
(10) Other conditions that researchers consider not appropriate to take part in this trial.
