Objectives of Study：

Examining the effects of rock climbing intervention on health-related physical fitness and fundamental motor skills and psychological status in children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

[1]曾经有过攀岩相关运动经验； [2]无法听从指令或执行干预相关命令； [3]患有严重的心脑血管疾病或有不适宜参与训练疾病； [4]在实验前或实验过程中自愿退出； [5]未能完成前后两次评估测试。

Exclusion criteria：

[1] Previous experience in rock climbing related sports; [2] Inability to follow instructions or carry out intervention-related commands; [3] Suffering from serious cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases or having illnesses that make them unfit to participate in training; [4] Voluntary withdrawal before or during the experiment; [5] Failure to complete the pre- and post-assessment tests.
