比较瘤体内得宝松注射与口服心得安用于治疗唇部隆起型婴幼儿血管瘤的安全性及有效性

Objectives of Study：

To compare the safety and efficacy of intralesional Diprospan injection and Oral Propranolol for elevated Infantile Hemangioma on the lip.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 一周内接受过疫苗注射；②免疫功能缺陷，无法使用激素者；③发生过瘤体溃疡者；④不愿意配合治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have received vaccination within a week prior to visit;
2. Those with immune deficiency and cannot be exposed to corticosteroids;
3. Patients with lesion ulceration history;
4. Patients who were unwilling to cooperate with treatment.
