The aims of the proposed study are: 1) investigating the effects of different types of exergames on executive function among healthy paired adults; and 2) exploring the neurophysiological mechanisms using fNIRS hyperscanning.  

Objectives of Study：

The aims of the proposed study are: 1) investigating the effects of different types of exergames on executive function among healthy paired adults; and 2) exploring the neurophysiological mechanisms using fNIRS hyperscanning.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

This is a randomized cross-over study. Participants in paried condition will visit the lab four times, at the first time, they will play three types of exergames: Competitive, Cooperative, and Solitary exergames. During the second to fourth visit, they will randomly play one of each type and do cross-over during the rest sessions.
