研究目的：

本研究通过比较围裹式洗浴与盆浴对早产儿的体温、心率、呼吸、外周血氧饱、PI灌注指数、PVI变异性指数及压力反应的影响，以寻求NICU住院早产儿沐浴的最佳方法。  

Objectives of Study：

This study compared the effects of Swaddle Bath and bath on body temperature, heart rate, respiration, peripheral blood oxygen satiety, PI perfusion index, PVI variability index and pressure response of premature infants in NICU to find the best way to bathe premature infants in NICU.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.诊断为Ⅱ级及以上颅内出血；
2.有创呼吸支持者；
3.考虑合并先天性疾病，或染色体、 基因突变疾患；
4.明确有脑、神经系统发育异常或病变者；
5.使用镇静或肌松药物；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The diagnosis was intracranial hemorrhage of grade II and above;
2.Neonates using invasive respiratory support;
3.Consider newborns with congenital diseases, or chromosomal or genetic mutations;
4.Newborns with definite brain and nervous system abnormalities or lesions;
5.Newborns using sedation or muscle relaxants;

本研究采取随机对照法，用SPSS录入1~56序号，产生随机数字，随机数字为奇数的研究对象分到围裹式洗浴组，偶数分到传统盆浴组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In this study, a randomized control method was used to input sequence numbers from 1 to 56 with SPSS to generate random numbers. Subjects with odd numbers were assigned to the Swaddle Bath group and even numbers to the traditional bath group.
