研究目的：

全腹腔筋膜室切除术在腹膜后脂肪肉瘤（Retroperitoneal liposarcoma，RPLS）患者中的临床效果及分析术后复发影响因素。方法收集2024年12月到2025年12月来我院就诊的102例RPLS患者为研究对象，按照不同手术方式将患者分为全腹腔筋膜室切除术44例和常规手术组58例。分析患者的一般资料，术后对所有患者进行随访，采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线，对所有患者进行单因素和多因素分析，分析影响术后复发的影响因素，并整体研究新式手术支架对手术时间的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Clinical Efficacy of Total Abdominal Fasciotomy in Patients with Retroperitoneal Liposarcoma (RPLS) and Analysis of Postoperative Recurrence Factors Methods: A total of 102 patients diagnosed with RPLS, who were treated at our hospital from December 2024 to December2025, were included in this study. The patients were divided into two groups based on the surgical method: 44 patients underwent total abdominal fasciotomy, and 58 patients underwent conventional surgery. General data of the patients were analyzed, and all patients were followed up postoperatively. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to plot survival curves, and univariate and multivariate analyses were conducted to identify factors influencing postoperative recurrence.And comprehensively study the impact of a new surgical auxiliary frame on surgical time。

1.Received other radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and/or targeted therapy;
2.Concurrent with other types of tumors;
3.Incomplete clinical data.
