研究目的：

调查良性阵发性位置性眩晕（BPPV）成功耳石复位后的重返正常生活情况及其影响因素，为后续医务人员制定延续性管理，以帮助患者早日恢复正常生活提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the return to normal life after successful otolith repositioning in benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and the factors influencing it, and to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent development of continuity management by medical staff in order to help the patients return to normal life as soon as possible.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有药物或酒精滥用史;
2.（2）诊断为中枢性眩晕；
3.（3）近一个月内有其他明确导致无法进行正常生活的疾病（如外伤、中风等）；
4.（4）存在听力障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of drug or alcohol abuse;
2.(2) Diagnosis of central vertigo;
3.(3) Other illnesses within the last month that clearly prevent the ability to carry on a normal life (e.g., trauma, stroke, etc.);
4.(4) Presence of hearing impairment.
