研究目的：

（1）主要研究目标： 验证腹腔内、外 “双引流”法是否能够快速、显著控制腹水，减少感染及腹壁血肿、阴囊血肿的发生率，提高手术安全性、降低患者死亡率。 （2）次要研究目标： 1）手术前腹水感染在肝硬化失代偿腹股沟疝患者中的发生率。 2）手术后腹水及引流液中细菌感染的发生率。 通过对次要研究目标的分析，既可以明确肝硬化失代偿腹股沟疝患者围手术期抗生素使用的必要性、针对性选择抗生素，亦可为“控制腹水可以减少手术后感染发生”这一假设提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Main research objectives: To verify whether the intra-abdominal and external "double drainage" method can quickly and significantly control ascites, reduce the incidence of infection and abdominal wall hematoma and scrotal hematoma, improve surgical safety, and reduce patient mortality. (2) Secondary research objectives: 1) The incidence of preoperative ascites infection in patients with decompensated inguinal hernia of the liver. 2) the incidence of bacterial infection in ascites and drainage fluid after surgery. Through the analysis of secondary research objectives, it is possible to clarify the necessity of perioperative antibiotic use and targeted antibiotic selection in patients with decompensated inguinal hernia with liver cirrhosis, and also to provide a theoretical basis for the hypothesis that "control of ascites can reduce the occurrence of postoperative infection".

①肝功能Child分级为C级；②嵌顿疝；③腹水为少量。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The Child grading of liver function is C grade; 2. Stranded inguinal hernia; 3. Ascites are small in amount.
